zW:an has come a hell of a long way in terms of skill and style since we first saw him. Future bass music times ten. Reaching out in all sorts of genre directions and pulling back into a varied yet singular unique sound that is very much zW:an. The title track is a beautiful synth work out over some skippy dubtechno beats, sprinkled with some nice percussive fills and atmosphere. “Tok Sik Riddim” is on some old spaced out juke influenced electro b-boy shit. “I Come From Dresden” is big and brooding forward thinking neck snapping warehouse dubstep at its finest. There’s some straight up house vibes at points. Properly administered drumstep in places. And more. Future Bass music.
